Potomac Floors (Anas Contracting) provides residential and commercial flooring installation services in the Washington DC metropolitan area, including Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland.
Estimates and Pricing
- All pricing shown on our website represents starting rates and is subject to confirmation during an in-home estimate.
- Final pricing is determined after we measure your space, inspect subfloors, and assess the full scope of work.
- Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Our all-in pricing includes material, installation, and old flooring removal unless otherwise noted.
Financing
Financing is available through third-party providers and is subject to credit approval. Potomac Floors is not a lender. Terms, rates, and eligibility are determined by the financing provider.
Warranty
Installation workmanship is covered by our lifetime installation warranty. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and vary by product. Details are provided with your project agreement.
